Veo Go is here - a new way to capture your games using devices you already own.

Developed at Veo, this innovative solution allows you to record football games using your smartphone. Below, we've compiled answers to the most common questions about Veo Go.

What is Veo Go?

Veo Go explores the possibility of capturing games using devices you already own - primarily your phone. With the excellent camera quality in modern smartphones, we've found a way to capture games at really high quality without requiring dedicated cameras.

How does Veo Go work?

The system works by having two teammates add their phones to a phone rig, while you control the recording using your own phone. Once recording is complete, the video gets uploaded and Veo handles all the heavy lifting with AI processing.

Device Compatibility

Will Veo Go be available for Android phones? Currently, we're focusing on iOS, but we hope to develop an Android version in the future.

How does Veo Go handle different iPhone models? You can mix any combination of phones as long as they're iPhone 11 or newer. For example, an older iPhone 11 and a brand new iPhone 16 can work together. We've developed technology to blend colors and ensure consistent, high-quality recordings across different models.

Sports and Recording

Which sports does Veo Go support? We currently support football and rugby, and we plan to support more sports in the future.

What happens if a recording iPhone receives a call? Don't worry - the recording won't be interrupted, and the same applies to notifications.

Does Veo Go require recording the entire match in one take? This is your choice. Some users prefer recording in one continuous take, while others split the recording at half time.

Weather and Equipment

How does Veo Go protect phones from rain? Our phone rig was designed as a simple solution that can hold any iPhone with or without a case. Since modern phones are water-resistant, you can record even in rainy conditions.

The Veo Go tripod is shorter than the Veo Cam 3 tripod. Are there plans for a taller version? We believe we've found the sweet spot with this tripod - it's highly portable, works on any pitch size, and minimizes the risk of damaging your phone.

Features and Integration

What can I do with my recordings? You can watch the full game in the Go app, and our AI creates a condensed version for easy sharing. You also have access to Veo Editor for further game analysis.

Will Veo Go be compatible with Veo Live and Veo Analytics? Yes, we're working on training our AI models to be compatible with Veo Go in the future.

Pricing and Subscriptions

How is Veo Go priced? Veo Go is available as a subscription with discounts for existing customers. A 12-month subscription includes a free phone rig and tripod. For complete pricing details, visit veo.co.

Do unused recording hours roll over to the next month? No, recording hours don't roll over. With Go, you get 10 recording hours per month.

Can I use multiple phone rigs with the same account? Yes, there's no limit on the number of phone rigs you can use. The only limitation is your monthly recording hours.
