While being led by Toni Kroos, the Academy is also run by Jessica Kroos. Jessica plays a key organisational role at the Toni Kroos Academy from managing operations to helping coordinate activities behind the scenes. This structure allows the Academy to combine a professional training mindset with real, competitive experience - giving players humanity and character to become strong personalities.
Based in Madrid, the Academy is now expanding its approach to player development by integrating cutting-edge technology. With Veo as a trusted tech partner, the Academy is using automated video tools to enhance analysis, support learning, and push performance to new heights.
Coaching 15 youth teams
From U8 to U18, the Academy’s teams train under the same footballing philosophy led by Toni Kroos himself. Each age group follows a tailored program focused on long-term development.

Portable and easy to set up
Veo Cam 3 is portable and weighs 1.25 kg, which makes it easy to bring to both home and away games. Simply mount the camera on a tripod, raise it up in the air and start the recording from the Veo Camera App.
Quick access to the video footage
After the game is over, the video footage will be uploaded and available for you to study in the Veo Editor. Invite your players to the platform and they will be notified when a new recording has been added.
Develop your players
Re-watch the entire game or create your own clips of the most important match highlights. To create an engaging learning experience for your players you can tag players and comment on the highlights or use the drawing tools to demonstrate your thoughts visually.
