Veo announces an enhanced partnership agreement with the Girls Academy (GA), the only nationwide all-female youth league.

Veo will expand from being the Official Video Camera Partner and will now become the Official Video Partner, which will include all aspects from Video Capture to Video Analysis to League Video Exchange.

“Veo has been an outstanding partner of the GA since the inception of the league in the Fall of 2020, and we are excited about what they will be able to do for the league,” said Meghan Frey, President of the Girls Academy. "Our ability to consolidate the aspects of video capture, analysis, and league exchange with one partner is a great benefit to our member clubs.”

Veo is also excited about the future with the Girls Academy. “The new partnership with the Girls Academy represents an extraordinary milestone for Veo,” said Jono Callaghan, US Market Lead at Veo. “We are honored to work hand-in-hand with the GA, shaping the future of women’s soccer through innovation and dedication. Together, we will unlock boundless potential and help propel the women’s game forward.”

“Our shared vision extends beyond the game itself, as we strive to foster a supportive and inclusive community. By providing the Girls Academy with our best-in-class camera technology and analysis tools, a comprehensive video league exchange, and event filming services, we aspire to create a level playing field for every player and help empower them to reach their full potential.”

In addition to the GA and Veo leadership, club leaders see this enhanced partnership as a tremendous benefit. “As a club, we have had a front-row seat to the growth and development of Veo, both in the technology they provide and their focus on growing, empowering, and developing the women's game,” said David Robertson, Girls Academy Director for the Nationals club who were GA Champions Cup Winners (08), Champions Cup Finalist (07), Champions Cup semi-finalists (09), National Finalists (08), and National semi-finalists (06) this past season.

“Our club is thrilled to see the Girls Academy partner with Veo in such a multi-faceted way. One of the biggest hurdles with technology is the multiple platforms needed, the 6me-consuming tasks of downloading and re-uploading video, that so oben means it may not get the attention it needs as it can take me away from on the field.

The partnership with Veo solves this, allowing for games to be uploaded, shared on the league exchange, and available to all with just a few clicks of the button, all within one easy-to-navigate platform. This is a game changer in creating an environment where film is more accessible in a timely manner, and the ability for players and coaches to reflect while memories are still fresh and learning moments can be most effective.”
