This isn’t your average “video editor” gig.
We need someone who can own the whole process: from shaping the narrative to filming, editing, color-grading, sound mixing, and do a bit of motion/3D. A hands-on creative who makes sports stories feel big, bold, and impossible to ignore.

You’ll be the new filmmaker & editor. in this mix, shaping and producing the stories that show the world what Veo is all about.
What you’ll do
• 🎥 Shoot & direct: Capture the raw spirit of sport, from sidelines to sit-down interviews.
• ✂️ Edit: Create bold, rhythmic, and story-driven edits with energy and style.
• 🎨 Polish: Color grade, sound mix, and bring stories to life with motion and 3D.
• 📣 Shape narratives: Work with our creative team to turn product features and customer stories into memorable edits.
• 📢 Shape new advertisements: Develop bold video ads and deliver assets to our Performance Marketing team, driving leads and growth.
• 🌍 Think multi-format: Deliver both hero films and social cutdowns that land with audiences worldwide.

We produced a comprehensive walkthrough of Veo Go's features and functionality, delivering the popular format our new and existing customers consistently engage with.
Our Veo Cam 3 launch video captured the manufacturing process with a behind-the-scenes approach, performing exceptionally well in both organic and paid campaigns.
We highlighted our product team's customer-driven tripod redesign, showcasing how user feedback led to lighter, more portable solutions that solve real problems.
To establish credibility in Italy, we partnered with Hellas Verona to create a compelling case study showcasing real-world results and building market trust.
How we work
• 🎬 Software: Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Premiere Pro + After Effects), DaVinci Resolve for color, and Blender for 3D.
• 💻 Hardware: Apple MacBook Pro (M4 Max) paired with a BenQ display.
• 🏢 Environment: We work from our Copenhagen HQ in an open office. Veo has an office-first culture, so you’ll collaborate closely with the team every day.
