The prestigious Sunrise Christian Academy in Wichita, Kansas earned second place in the GEICO championship this year and has sent more than 70 athletes to play Division I basketball.
Sunrise Christian Hoops will use Veo in a wide capacity that includes recording practices at their off-site gymnasium, for road games and for film breakdown. The academy will make heavy use of Veo’s portability, as they play in many different states throughout the season.
During the 2021/2022 season, Sunrise Christian Hoops will compete in the newly founded league, NIBC, with the top powerhouses in the U.S. The leader behind the success of Sunrise Christian Hoops is head coach Luke Barnwell who was named the Naismith High School Boys Coach of the Year and has had tremendous success developing the athletes in the program:
“Sunrise Christian basketball is thrilled to have the partnership with Veo. The Veo setup for us is perfect as we travel all over the country for games and practices. The system eliminates a camera man so now we have more help on the court during practice and games. I am excited to see Veo help us go to a higher level as a program.”
