Veo is excited to announce its latest rugby partnership with the Kent County Rugby Football Union (KCRFU), which marks a further step in our integration within governing bodies in the world of Rugby, and one that we are extremely excited to be a part of. We believe that our Veo camera and the technology within will help this governing body fulfill its objectives and roles when catering towards elite rugby, grass-roots, and everything in between.

The KCRFU is the official governing body and administrator of rugby within the County, ensuring that within all levels of the game and across its clubs, there is proper governance, funding, discipline procedures, facilities planning, safeguarding, training and volunteering across the game in order to run and develop it.

Founded in 1880, the KCRFU is rich in history, yet is a trailblazer among its county RFU peers in the way it operates and contributes to the game, both on and off the field. The County places a prime focus on game analysis and player development. The pitch-perfect relationship with Veo will complement this objective, providing technology to all levels of the sport.

There are 59 voting member clubs affiliated to the KCRFU. This new partnership aims to provide, as many of these clubs as possible, affordable and portable video analysis technology to their games, offering them the ability to record and analyse their matches and training sessions to improve performance and results.

“At Kent Rugby, we are very excited to partner with Veo to provide our member clubs the opportunity to purchase Veo equipment at a discounted price. The Camera system gives coaches the ability to provide after-game analysis – highlighting strong performances and areas for improvement, and players get sent links to the videos to review before their next session or game and this can massively help their development through visually learning.

This system can help clubs of all sizes and levels and provides exciting opportunities for coaching, player development, and sponsorship. We look forward to seeing clubs using this technology over the coming seasons.”
